I am not perfect,

but still, I strive for perfection.

I am not who I try to be and yet I believe

I am going to be.

If only for a moment.

If only for one moment.

If only for the maybe.

Afterall,

isn’t that what life is?

-To be like Him?

Even though you know you’ll never be.

And I cry in solitude

and in pride,
